Vendors of technology products and services are building agile, adaptive systems that are able to learn from network activity, predict change and take action to improve quality of service and reduce SLA violations. The result is a new form of competitive advantage. Jonathan Triboulet, our Director for the APAC region, shares his view on this hot topic.
